MNU night @ WOF

Every year during MAX, friday evening is cut short of games and everyone heads to Worlds of Fun for Nazarene night.  The entire park is filled with Nazarenes, lines are pretty short and thankfully this year the weather was great.  Last year it was misting out but on a roller coaster going 70mph it felt more like hail hitting your face. 

 Here is the crew all ready and excited to head out to Worlds of Fun.  Thankfully my parents took our three boys for the evening while we were gone.  The park is only open from 6pm - midnight and so there is not much opportunity for Camp Snoopy.  And I really did not want to pay for them to just walk around.  They  got to go do some fun of their own instead. 

 This is over by the Mamba and Fury of the Nile. Roo and Darius thought it was so cool and just had to get their pic by it. 

 And every year Kimmy does the guess your age game and she always wins.  This year however they guessed a little lower than normal.  She wrote down 17 but said she was thinking more like 14!!  Needless to say, she won!  She will be 21 this fall!

 And here is everyone laughing.  Well everyone but Brett.  I'm not sure what he was so intent on.

 Morgan played and won as well, a turtle and Kimmy let Brett pick out a prize and he chose this hat!  That hat rocks too!

 This was getting to be about 1030 or so.  3 pretty amazing girls.

By this time everyone was starting to get a little cold.  Brett was showing off his basketball Heath won him.  He won a ball for Brett and one to take back to our boys. 

Every year this event is so much fun and the teens really look forward to it.  They are a great group of kids and I am lucky enough to be called their Youth Pastor.
