Huff and Puff

I have several posts to catch up on. Right after Labor Day my brothers came to town and brought their kids with them. After some play time and swimming we headed up to the Huff and Puff balloon rally at Lake Shawnee. This event is one our family loves to go to every year and it was nice to share this with cousins.


It got dark pretty quickly but the kids still had fun. They enjoyed watch the fire light up the balloons.

The kids got to get right up there with this one. They were not giving rids but you get close to see the fire go all the way up and into the balloon. This was Jonathan and Ashlee's favorite.

I just liked this picture with the sunset behind. It was a fun evening that ended with Grandma and Grandpa spoiling the kids. They all got a small hot air balloon of their own. They look pretty cool and our kids are still playing with theirs. Hopefully next year we can get there a little earlier and take a short ride.
